FAQ

  • How much do rentals cost?
    $100 a letter, per event. A one or two day rental is considered an event. Contact us for rentals that will be over 3 days for special offers.
  • Is there a letter minimum to rent?
    No, you can rent one, ten, or twenty letters at a time if letters and characters are available.
  • Do you deliver and set up and pick up?
    Yes, we deliver, setup and pick up from your event.
  • Do you charge for deliveries?
    Yes and varies depending on distance. You WILL NOT be charged a delivery fee if within 25 miles of Forney, Texas unless your rental is 3 characters or less. Outside the 25 mile radius a minimum charge of $50 will be applied.
  • What kind of outlet do we need?
    All you need is a basic wall outlet with a ground.
  • Do the letters come in different colors and what colors?
    Each letter is white and includes color change led bulbs that change into multiple colors and have several functions. Colors include, Red, Pink, Green, Yellow, Purple, Blue and various shades in those spectrums. Functions include slow and fast fade, strobe, and blinking.
  • What are the measurements of the letters?
    Each letter will vary in width, but is 5 ft. tall and 9 inches deep. Characters/ symbols will vary in Height and width.
  • Do you provide bulbs and remotes?
    Yes, we provide bulbs and remotes and will train the operator on how to properly use both. We also will provide extra bulbs.
